Bashar Kariem
Bashar leads a large amount of OSC’s liaison with clients in the Gulf and also has an expertise in the area of customer service having worked in some of the most challenging customer service environments including management roles in the hospitality and airline industries.
Bashar brings with him a highly practical and experience based approach to providing excellent customer service and also, as a native Arabic speaker, provides on the spot language support if required on OSC’s development programmes in the Gulf. Bashar also manages the relationships with OSC’s various partner organisations in the Gulf.
Bashar has recently been involved in a customer service related project involving one of the highest profile capital investments in the Gulf region.
