Greg began his career as a banker in the City of London with National Westminster Bank before specialising in Strategic Market Development, focusing on creating the organisational capability and perspectives to rapidly enhance the market footprint of financial services organisations. Formerly undertaking this role in the UK and Ireland, latterly he has held general manager and DCEO positions within global and regional financial services organisations in the GCC, with strategic responsibilities for effective market penetration, with specific operational responsibilities within this context for such functions as Marketing, Product Development, Sales & Service Quality Management, CRM, Remote, Cards, Expatriate and Islamic Banking in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Egypt. Holding a doctorate in International Strategic Leadership Greg now utilises his practitioner experience and insight to advise organisations on putting in place all of the necessary resources, organisational structures, management capabilities and perspectives to create a business context which energises all key stakeholder groups towards optimising long term performance. Greg is a guest speaker in International Strategic Leadership and Cross-Cultural Management at universities in Ireland and Scandinavia. |
