Oxford Strategic Consulting conducted a major research project, sponsored by BP, to identify new and innovative approaches to maximise national talent in the oil and gas industry in Oman and UAE. The report findings received international press coverage and were launched with the support of Emirates Foundation in Abu Dhabi and with the support of the Omani Ministry of Labour in Muscat.
