Geoff enjoyed a successful career in banking before moving into HR Development where he held senior positions for organisations including Lloyds TSB and Aviva. Geoff has an MSc in Management Development and has deep experience of assignments that involve assessment and development based on company specific competency and capability definitions. Geoff has worked for a large number of clients including The Capita Group, Surrey County Council and Mizhuo International and has recent spent time in the Gulf working on the assessment and development of senior managers. Geoff’s other interests include counselling, outplacement coaching and highly complex development solutions that fit with his highly methodical approach to consulting. |
