Lindsey Holman BSc (Hons) CIPD
An experienced HR Professional and consultant, specialising in learning and development solutions, change management, and organisational development. Lindsey is a performance focused and highly commercial change agent with extensive international experience working at both a strategic and operational level. Lindsey has an operational background working in retail initially as a Pharmacist before moving on to area management roles managing a number of Pharmacy retail operations. Lindsey held senior operational roles in Retail (Boots, Tesco’s and Lloyds before moving into L&D. Lindsey was Head of Learning and Development for Capio Healthcare across Europe where she led a number of major change initiatives and developed a particular expertise in demonstrating the value of the Training and Development function by proving returns on investment. Lindsey has  spent the last four years working in consultancy organisations where she has focussed on the public and private sector and also leadership development initiatives for clients such as Microsoft and Essent Trading in Switzerland.
