During our investigations, OSC was surprised to find no existing women’s leadership programs specifically tailored to the needs of GCC women – so we wrote our own. We engaged leading women from around the world, including former HR Directors from global corporations. We then worked with trusted local partners and key clients to ensure that our courses focused on the skills that GCC women leaders and employers want. The result is a series of Women’s Leadership programs that surpass all others.
