Steven Albury

Steven is an experienced educator and education leader, who came into the field of professional development consulting after a successful career in software design in the financial sector. He combines a practical knowledge of continuing professional development practice with an interest in research into collaborative knowledge construction in complex working environments. He has a focus on quality systems processes for staff development programmes and is currently undertaking doctoral research at the University of Oxford on embedding technology enhanced CPD into quality improvement processes. Before starting his doctorate Steven obtained an MSc in Education from the University of Oxford with a focus on the sociology of e-learning
