CMI Qualifications

CMI qualifications and courses include over 110 individual qualifications and 300+ flexible modules. Oxford will help you configure the right qualifications for your people, using UK government certified programme units from CMI and other awarding bodies.

With our flexible, modular approach, we offer qualifications relevant to the professional level of your learners. Our qualifications comply with the globally recognised European credit system, giving a flexible way to earn credits recognised by employers and academic institutions across the world.

Common qualification levels are:

  • Level 7 – Master’s degree level, most suitable for senior management
  • Level 5 –  First-year Bachelor’s degree level – most suitable for middle management
  • Level 3 – College level – most suitable for junior or new managers

We offer Diploma, Certificate and Award at each of these levels – and lots more as well, for example:

  • Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management
  • Level 5 Certificate in People Management
  • Level 5 Certificate in Organisational Mentoring (granting Qualified Mentor status)
  • Level 3 Certificate in Personal Mentoring
  • Level 3 Certificate in Training

 

Accreditation is not always necessary, and it does come with additional cost. We offer all our programmes without accreditation, and we can have custom programmes endorsed by CMI for additional international quality assurance. In addition, all our learners are eligible for membership of CMI at either Associate, Full Member or Fellow level according to their seniority and experience. We can also take experienced managers through Chartered Manager selection – the international badge of the most skilled managers.
